A recent study evaluated if BTG showed a positive impact on attention and memory functions compared with the baseline visit in healthy subjects. The study enrolled 51 normal healthy subjects to use a computerized cognitive training game (Lumosity) for exercises that target a range of cognitive functions, including attention, processing speed, visual memory, and executive functions for about 15 min per day, at least 7 days per week, for 3 weeks. The control group did not perform the training. Both groups took the CANTAB test before and 3 weeks after training for various cognitive functions (flexibility, memory, attention, speed, and problem-solving). A significant improvement in Lumosity performance index was observed in the active group compared to the control group by the end of training. After the training, a statistically significant difference in most of the CANTAB measures, such as attention-switching task (AST), mean correct latency, AST switching cost, AST mean correct latency (congruent), AST mean correct latency (incongruent), AST mean correct latency (blocks 3 and 5) [non-switching blocks], AST mean correct latency (block 7) [switching block], and MOT mean correct latency.2:[null,["$","html",null,{"lang":"en","children":["$","body",null,{"children":["$","$L4",null,{"parallelRouterKey":"children","segmentPath":["children"],"loading":"$undefined","loadingStyles":"$undefined","hasLoading":false,"error":"$undefined","errorStyles":"$undefined","template":["$","$L5",null,{}],"templateStyles":"$undefined","notFound":[["$","title",null,{"children":"404: This page could not be found."}],["$","div",null,{"style":{"fontFamily":"system-ui,\"Segoe UI\",Roboto,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif,\"Apple Color Emoji\",\"Segoe UI Emoji\"","height":"100vh","textAlign":"center","display":"flex","flexDirection":"column","alignItems":"center","justifyContent":"center"},"children":["$","div",null,{"children":[["$","style",null,{"dangerouslySetInnerHTML":{"__html":"body{color:#000;background:#fff;margin:0}.next-error-h1{border-right:1px solid rgba(0,0,0,.3)}@media (prefers-color-scheme:dark){body{color:#fff;background:#000}.next-error-h1{border-right:1px solid rgba(255,255,255,.3)}}"}}],["$","h1",null,{"className":"next-error-h1","style":{"display":"inline-block","margin":"0 20px 0 0","padding":"0 23px 0 0","fontSize":24,"fontWeight":500,"verticalAlign":"top","lineHeight":"49px"},"children":"404"}],["$","div",null,{"style":{"display":"inline-block"},"children":["$","h2",null,{"style":{"fontSize":14,"fontWeight":400,"lineHeight":"49px","margin":0},"children":"This page could not be found."}]}]]}]}]],"notFoundStyles":[],"childProp":{"current":[null,["$","html",null,{"lang":"en","children":["$","body",null,{"children":["$","$L4",null,{"parallelRouterKey":"children","segmentPath":["children","blogs","children"],"loading":"$undefined","loadingStyles":"$undefined","hasLoading":false,"error":"$undefined","errorStyles":"$undefined","template":["$","$L5",null,{}],"templateStyles":"$undefined","notFound":"$undefined","notFoundStyles":"$undefined","childProp":{"current":[null,["$","html",null,{"lang":"en","children":["$","body",null,{"children":["$","$L4",null,{"parallelRouterKey":"children","segmentPath":["children","blogs","children","The-Role-of-Brain-Training-in-Enhancing-Cognitive-Abilities","children"],"loading":"$undefined","loadingStyles":"$undefined","hasLoading":false,"error":"$undefined","errorStyles":"$undefined","template":["$","$L5",null,{}],"templateStyles":"$undefined","notFound":"$undefined","notFoundStyles":"$undefined","childProp":{"current":["$L6",[["$","$L7",null,{}],["$","div",null,{"className":"px-[25px] xl:px-[100px] sm:max-xl:px-[50px]","children":[["$","div",null,{"className":"text-center text-base md:text-[52px] text-r-blue font-bold","children":"The Role of Brain Training in Enhancing Cognitive Abilities"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"text-center text-[0.75rem] md:text-sm text-black pb-5","children":" Rudra Dev | September,2023 | 4mins"}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex items-center justify-center","children":["$","img",null,{"src":"/Images/blog1.jpg","alt":"blog1","className":"xl:w-[1000px] xl:h-[500px] w-full h-full rounded-lg"}]}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex flex-row gap-6 pt-[100px] items-start pb-20 px-[25px] xl:px-[100px] sm:max-xl:px-[50px]","children":[["$","div",null,{"className":"sm:flex flex-col flex-[35%] sticky top-20 pl-5 font-normal text-[1rem] text-r-blue cursor-pointer py-[100px] hidden gap-2","children":[["$","div",null,{"className":"text-sm font-bold text-r-blue pb-6","children":" JUMP TO SECTION"}],["$","a",null,{"href":"#section1","children":"Understanding Cognitive Function"}],["$","a",null,{"href":"#section2","children":"The Science Behind Cognitive Training"}],["$","a",null,{"href":"#section3","children":"The Benefits of Brain Games for Cognitive Training"}],["$","a",null,{"href":"#section4","children":"Cognitive Training for Personal and Professional Growth"}],["$","a",null,{"href":"#section5","children":"The Role of Brain Training Games in Enhancing Cognitive Abilities"}],["$","a",null,{"href":"#section6","children":"Cognitive Training with CMG"}],["$","a",null,{"href":"#section7","children":"Tips and Techniques for Cognitive Training"}],["$","a",null,{"href":"#section8","children":"Additional Information"}],["$","a",null,{"href":"#section9","children":"Conclusion"}]]}],["$","div",null,{"className":"flex flex-col flex-[65%] gap-5 pr-0 sm:pr-16 ","children":[["$","section",null,{"children":["$","div",null,{"children":"As we age, our cognitive abilities can decline, making it challenging to learn new things, solve problems, and remember important details.
